At Book Grocer, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. Simply follow our streamlined process to ensure your return or exchange is handled quickly and efficiently.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Book Grocer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local postal carrier or drop it at a designated collection point, then use your tracking number to monitor its journey back to us.
